The Nigerian state will not concede unless they're met with greater force from victims of police brutality. What they simply did was renamed SARS not disband it. But SARS or no SARS, police brutality is here to stay unless the evil neoliberal system in Nigeria is destroyed. Police brutality is system and only a system change can bring true change to the issues around brutal policing.
